Roxane Lavoie is a fitness coach, personal trainer, fitness competitor and mentor to many who choose to embark on a fitness journey for improved health.  From being 50Lbs overweight to winning two 3rd place medals in her first bikini fitness competition, Roxane has been through a complete lifestyle change.  From this journey, she began helping those around her achieve their personal fitness goals and acted as a leader for them to follow in her proudly laid footsteps.  In 2013, Roxane obtained her certification as a personal trainer and a pre & post-natal fitness specialist and there began her professional journey to helping others succeed in their ambitious goals.

Aside from helping others achieve their health goals, Roxane is also committed to continually improving herself. Roxane is always looking forward to broaden her knowledge by taking new courses to encompass whole health involving body, mind and soul to improve her coaching abilities and demonstrate a diversified portfolio. She is working fiercely at marketing and promoting her first book called “Fit Inside Out, A Beginner’s Guide to a Healthy Body and Mindset. WTF Is So Scary About Fitness?!” She aims to help others who, like her past self, feel lost when embarking on their own beautiful fitness journey. On her spare time, you’ll find her spending time with her family, learning how to ride a dirt bike, and rollerblading along the picturesque Ottawa canal. Roxane can be found in Canada’s National Capital, Ottawa, Ontario and would welcome anyone seeking advice in their journey to health and fitness to connect with her. The best way to connect with Roxane would be booking a discovery call.
