PRE & POST NATAL FITNESS
Here are just a few changes that occur with your body during pregnancy:
- Increase in blood volume, cardiac output, heart rate, stroke volume, respiratory capacity, ventilation, tidal volume, resting oxygen uptake and carbon dioxide output.
- Decrease in arterial blood pressure and functional residual capacity.
A regular exerciser may not have a problem adapting to these changes, however a beginner exerciser might wish to wait a few months before beginning an exercise program.

40 sessions or more: $75.00/session at a frequency of 2 sessions per week
Less than 40 sessions: $85.00/session at a frequency of 2 sessions per week
